Sherwin N. Jarol, C.P.A., the managing partner of Bradley Associates, is an experienced real estate professional with an extensive and successful track record in the underwriting, acquisition, management and disposition of single-tenant net leased commercial real estate nationally. Mr. Jarol's commercial real estate acquisition activity began in the mid-1970's.
In April of 1989, Mr. Jarol and his three partners founded Bradley Associates, an Illinois limited partnership. Bradley was formed to engage in the real estate business, specializing in syndicating one tenant, commercial real estate.
Bradley Associates is responsible for all requisite functions on behalf of its investors relevant to the properties within its portfolio including acquisition, management, accounting, dividend distribution and asset disposition.
Mr. Jarol is a certified public accountant and a graduate of DePaul University in 1965. In 1972, he became a principal in Morris D. Ziegler & Co., a 30 person public accounting firm established in 1960. In November of 1997, the firm merged with Kupferberg, Goldberg & Neimark, LLC. Although Bradley Associates is a separate and distinct entity from KGN, Mr. Jarol is retained as a Director of KGN and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Morris D. Ziegler, founding partner of Flax, Ziegler & Company in 1945, later became Ziegler, Shifris & Company and in 1960 became Morris D. Ziegler & Company, LLP.
Retired as senior partner in 1987 of Morris D. Ziegler & Company and since that time has been one of the four partners in Bradley Associates an Illinois limited partnership, a real estate investment firm.
Bradley Associates is responsible for all requisite functions on behalf of its investors relevant to the properties within its portfolio including acquisition, management, accounting, dividend distribution and asset disposition.
Mr. Ziegler is a certified public accountant for 57 years, a lifetime member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

| David H. Ziegler - Partner |
|
David H. Ziegler, one of the two founding partners of Morris D. Ziegler & Company, LLP, started in 1960 as a successor to the firm Ziegler, Shifris & Company which was founded by David's brother Morris D. Ziegler in 1946. Mr. David Ziegler was a senior partner of the firm and has forty-five years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant. He was instrumental in bringing computer technology and other technology advancements to the firm.
Over the years Mr. Ziegler has performed various audits ranging from banks to car dealers, HUD projects to construction companies. His emphasis today is on small company tax consulting and business planning strategy, along with many individual and small business tax returns.
After completing two years in the Army Corp. of Engineers, he graduated from Roosevelt University with a degree in business. Mr. Ziegler is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois, Michigan and the District of Columbia.

Jerald Ziegler, was employed by Morris D. Ziegler & Company, LLP from 1964 to 1970 and left to form his own firm L.K. Mitchell & Associates. In 1981 Mr. Ziegler became a
partner in Bradley Associates and is presently still a partner.
In 1999 Mr. Ziegler became semi retired from L.K. Mitchell & Associates and began charity work with charities benefiting minorities.
Mr. Ziegler attended and graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting. |
