The Altman Companies recently acquired the Grand Central Place, a 34,000 square foot vintage 1925 office building and adjacent 110 spot parking lot in Tampa, Florida. Altman plans to manage the office building, which is currently 95% occupied, and construct a brand new eight story, 314 unit luxury multi-family apartment building on what is currently the parking lot. Altis Grand Central, the name of the new apartment building, will be the premier rental address in Tampa offering luxury apartments, first-class amenities, and a location that is both conveniently located within downtown Tampa, as well as to nearby entertainment destinations.

Altis Grand Central offers an extremely rare opportunity to develop a unique luxury midrise development within walking distance to Downtown Tampa, located within the affluent South Tampa and Hyde Park neighborhoods.
