While the only Sugar Factory currently operating in Manhattan is located in the Meatpacking District, it continues to blow away projections with sales of over $1,000,000 a month and 3 hour lines for dinner most nights. For this reason, the Sugar Factory team believes that a second flagship location on world famous Broadway Street in the heart of the Upper West Side will be an incredible addition to the New York entertainment scene. 1991 Broadway, located on Broadway, between West 67th Street and West 68th Street will be a new 7,500 square foot showplace featuring a two-story entry with carousel, walls of candy, a stage for entertaining, multiple floors for diners and a VIP room for celebrities and parties. Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, which attracts millions of visitors to their numerous stages each year, along with the famous Julliard School, Columbus Circle, Fordham University, and Central Park, are all within blocks of the new Sugar Factory. Featuring over 800,000 square feet of retail in 170 stores, the shopping center is one of the largest in the D.C. area. NEW DOWN N’ DIRTY TACOS STORE LOCATIONS

5th Avenue, the most prestigious and well-known retail and residential boulevard in New York City is going to be home to a new concept from the founders of The Sugar Factory. Taking its cues from the edgier side of Mexican culture, including Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrations and masked luchadores, Down N’ Dirty Tacos infuses its unique menu and cocktails with exotic and delicious offerings that excite the soul. Now, Down N’ Dirty is poised to thrill New York's Flatiron District with a colorful new 4,000 square foot space that will offer a game room, the biggest margarita and mojito bar and the best tasting tacos in the Big Apple. Down N’ Dirty will entice their guests with wickedly delicious drinks that are blended with unusual ingredients and a menu that will surely be love at first bite. The Flatiron District is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan, named after the Flatiron Building at 23rd Street, Broadway and Fifth Avenue.
